Magnolia Health Collective is a virtual care practice founded by Andrew Davenport, MSN, MPH, FNP, a board-certified nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience in public health, LGBTQ+ healthcare, HIV prevention, and clinical research. Rooted in New Orleans and serving patients across multiple states, our mission is to deliver compassionate, evidence-based, and identity-affirming care to all communities—especially those historically underserved. We specialize in primary care, gender-affirming hormone therapy, PrEP/PEP, and chronic disease management. Our approach is grounded in cultural humility, public health values, and a commitment to equity.
